#EmployeeSpotlight campaign drives user engagement

In addition to capturing video interviews, BCP took original photos of each of CASE Credit Union’s highlighted employees and made social media graphics.

This past year, BCP had the honor of working with CASE Credit Union to create content for their ongoing #EmployeeSpotlight campaign. BCP shot a series of videos of various across CASE’s branch locations.
We asked employees what they do, why they’re passionate about their jobs and fun get-to-know-you questions. We leveraged the video interviews into short video snippets and social media graphics to help CASE’s followers get to know the people behind the organization.

We used fun, engaging language to draw the users in and consistently used #EmployeeSpotlight to solidify branding and establish expectations in the viewers. Overall, the results for this social media campaign were smashing. #EmployeeSpotlight posts received more than four times the engagement rate of CASE Credit Union’s typical social content. CASE Credit Union truly epitomizes the credit union philosophy of people helping people and we were honored to help tell the stories of the people behind the brand.
