“Partners” isn’t just part of our name.
It’s a reflection of the way we do
BUSINESS
How does a small business in a competitive industry make it 25 years and counting? For one thing, a blend of ability and agility. We’re large enough to offer the gamut of capabilities, yet small and flexible enough to respond quickly.
But we believe our real strength is in the client relationships we develop—and the strategic context those relationships provide for the work we do. We’re collaborative. We listen. And we keep our promises.
Our Story
BCP comprises seven seasoned marketing, advertising and design professionals. We each bring skill sets that happen to mesh well, and, more important, provide a variety of perspectives when it comes to solving client challenges.
It’s the kind of place where people come to work and end up sticking around for a decade or two. Better yet, our clients tend to stick around too.
There’s no resting on laurels here. We’re proud of our work and even prouder of our client service. But we continue to learn, to grow, to define who we’re meant to be and to add new skills to the mix—before our clients even know they need them.
Our Approach
One look at our screaming green sofas and you’ll probably suspect we’re not a buttoned-up corporate type of place.
Even though we humbly admit we’re a fun group, business is serious business. That’s why we take exceptional care of our clients; why we strive to develop long-term relationships vs. “one and done” projects.
Somehow we manage to do that while still maintaining a slightly different view. It may be a dog-eat-dog world out there, but we think it could do with a little less growling. Hence, our Playground Rules:
- Always share
We believe that sharing ideas, knowledge, information, experience and expectations is the key to success. - Do your homework before you play
Study it, research it, dream about it and have fun with it. - Hang upside down from the monkey bars
Creativity requires a different view. - Play hard, play fair
Hard work is good for the soul. - Respect your classmates
We play nice and have fun together.
Jeffrey O. Blohm
Owner & President
It takes an energetic guy to run a successful shop, and Jeff is that guy. Fortunately he uses his considerable creative and strategic powers for good.
Patty Elliott
Operations Director & Traffic Manager
Her business card doesn’t say “cat herder,” but let’s face it. We would all be just a pile of missed deadlines and broken dreams without her.
Tim Mulvaney
Creative Director
Talent plus heroic patience = Tim. He handles huge projects and puts out fires with equal aplomb. It’s almost worth putting up with all his maize and blue stuff.
Carly Aldridge
Graphic Designer
Carly adds a feminine touch and a fresh perspective to our design team. Mastering the latest design trend and seeing it in action is the spice of her life.
